Durable collaborated with two other related projects in a Cluster Event "Use of drones and corrosion protection systems in offshore wind. Solutions for cost reduction and life extension"

This cluster event gathered WATEREYE, MAREWIND and DURABLE projects, focused on reducing offshore wind O&M costs through innovative solutions. Throughout this event, the use of drones for inspection and monitoring and the development of corrosion solutions to extend the lifetime of offshore structures were presented, with a clear focus on the industry needs.

The WATEREYE project organised this cluster event with the aim to promote collaboration between related EU-funded projects. At the same time, it constituted a perfect space for open discussion while sharing experiences and fostering synergies for future research.
